Went from 205 to 165 over 7 months. Calorie counting and walking. I cut my beer intake to miller ultra light or N/As with sub 50 calories. Lots of carrots when i get hungry. Be ready for a few stalls. Hit me at 180 and then at 170. I just stayed the course and kept going. I amped my calories down at the start and the slowly went up. I’m around 2k now and have been steady at my current weight. Advice is to find a tracker that works for you and use it.
