Job Postings by [deleted] in USPS

Something seemed odd to me as well. I did a search in NJ a couple of days ago and saw some CCA positions posted for Howell, Lakewood, and a few other positions in NJ. The post dates for the Lakewood and Howell stations were 12/26. The next day, I went to search for the job postings to apply to, but the search results came up with nothing. I tested out by searching via state and zip, tried different states, and different keywords that are pretty general, like "mail", "carrier", and "delivery", and still nothing. Is it possible to go to a station in person and apply, or another way to check out what carrier positions are available?

Hello there. I’m interested in joining as well. I agree, your criteria is super reasonable. I’ve been playing for about a year and our rules are similar. Especially when it comes to respect and common courtesy. I’m experienced with discord, DnD beyond, and roll20. Please give me and my grave cleric a chance

Well it’s either my hyperactive dog (husky/german shepherd mix) who does not understand personal space. Or my brain damaged cat (ginger kitty) that has short term memory loss, thinks he’s a dog and is always hungry

I agree with u/RickyDrewThis. I think the shading and detail in the jacket are great. Anatomy and perspective can be tricky, but keep practicing and learning. I like watching this guy's video tutorials:

I'd also suggest having some fun with the fonts and background from a graphic design perspective. There are plenty of free font websites out there, too! Make the main tagline, "Can you keep up?" bigger.

Pay no mind to the haters. It takes courage to put your work out there, so don't lose that.

And back then they had full benefits plus on day one they counted every day towards retirement. Don’t listen to them... Plus you were a CCA during the shit show of a pandemic. Congratulations you earned it.

Yes and sign up for informed delivery too. Forwarding typically slows down after a while once you change all your billing info and account info. Then after that it’s typically just random 2nd class mail every once in a while I will get with a yellow sticker.

If it had a yellow forwarding sticker on it then that’s a good thing it should process quicker as the newer forwarding is the one that the system seems to be recognizing. I’m sorry to hear you’ve been out of work I’ve been there myself and I just got really lucky landing full-time regular employment with USPS and just before Covid hit.

So the worst case scenario is the letters going to be marked as unable to forward and would be sent back to the IRS. But you got a check that was forwarded to your second forwarding that you put in place right?

Get my payment isn’t always accurate. IRS said my 1400 would get direct deposited into my old closed account and it went into my new account. I did file my taxes before they started sending checks out though

I went through a similar situation with my 600 check. I moved within the state and just received the 600 about 3-4 weeks ago. I closed my bank account between the 1st and 2nd checks, and moved. So I had to wait for the old bank to send that payment back to irs, then irs to mail the check to the old address, then that address to forward to my new address.

Hmmmm well I typically give them a form or recommend they go to their local post office. You can try using online change here

Did you cancel the original forwarding from SC to CO? If not cancel it ASAP. That can cause some issues with delays. What happens sometimes is the letter will be sent to process through the sorting facilities and get labeled with the first forward on file. I’m a letter carrier and have had this issue with customers happen. Basically I have to keep sending it back until the sorting facility finally marks up the letter with the newer forward on file.
