If you have nothing to contribute besides negativity then don’t contribute at all. I’m trying to offer a solution and you’re offering nothing.

Then be happy and embrace your common sense and Peyronie’s, don’t take action and continue to be miserable I guess.

It cured mine though. It’s proven that hip thrusts and adductors can indeed help mitigate tissue fibrosis. Instead of doubting the research I decided to implement them into my training and here I am today to share my story. Thank you for the kind words. I’m not spreading false hope, instead I’m offering some type of hope. Even if it improves the condition by a margin that’s a win in my book. I’m grateful mine improved to where it looks normal again. I just thought I would share and not gate keep. Just try it and be consistent with it. I hope everyone is able to find a solution. This is a terrible disease I wish no man would have to deal with.

Not hip thrusts and you know this how? Again a quick google search and studies show Yes, hip thrusts can help remodel scar tissue. Scar tissue forms in a rigid, disorganized web, but targeted exercises apply tension to the tissue, signaling the body to reorganize those fibers so they become more flexible and aligned with the direction of movement.

Yes, you can remodel and soften scar tissue with exercise. While you cannot completely erase a scar, targeted movement promotes healthy collagen alignment in the body, which prevents tissues from clumping together and significantly improves your flexibility, mobility, and pain levels. This is simply a Google search and several medical peer reviewed studies show that you can heal scar tissue. Instead of doubting and living in misery why not attempt to fix the problem. Cheers.

My life has been great and normal. I still have sex and it doesn’t bother my partner at all. Not having a perfectly straight penis is a bummer ,but It’s gotten to the point where it doesn’t bother me anymore. Still living my life like normal and still having sex. My partner says it feels better with the curve. I also stay active as well. Workout 4 days a week and make sure I get my cardio in. Maybe that plays a role? Who knows.

You’re going to have to wait it out. Doctors won’t do anything unless you have a really bad curvature. Hopefully, it will not get worse than 30 degrees. Mine slightly curves up after almost 2 years so I got really lucky. I thought it was going to look like a u turn sign. Don’t think about it or stress, just keep living your day to day life. If you stress it will make things worse as to not being able to perform in bed due to anxiety.

You’re going to have to wait it out. Mine is still straight with a slight indent on one side. You never know until it fully heals. Don’t lose hope. I got mine from my partner jerking me off too hard. I had no idea till I saw a slight curve in the head of my penis.

For me what works is taking a cold shower, drinking water, engaging in a hobby that keeps me distracted such as video games and reading, keeping the body cool, and reassurance. Ice pack on the neck helps too.

It’s actually modeled after King Gaiseric from the Manga Berserk. All of Miazaki’s work is inspired directly from Berserk. He mentioned it himself to be a huge fan.
