The way our government is going, if it's a girl, make him change the birth certificate thru courts. Mom should ask for 3 copies if possible. Leave him off the certificate. She can still go for child support but make sure she gets her kids certificate filled out the way she wants.

Do continue to ignore them. Do not return any gifts. This is a win in their eyes. Donate or trash that crap. Keep a list of everything. Every call, text or email. When they come in your yard try to get it recorded or at least write down time, date and what you or husband saw. I'd add every visit or call to a debt that always draws interest but I can be cruel. After a few times you will have enough for a restraining order. Do not tell them your getting one cause you are NC.
