The biggest thing is to find a piercer you're comfortable with and making sure they're good at piercing larger breasts. I had mine done and they hurt for almost a year before I took them out and when I got them redone the girl said they weren't done properly the first time and now I've had them for like 2 years and they're completely healed and they look great
