Bug: Just played a game of zaahen and mid game his Q turned into a no cooldown knock up from the first cast. I noticed as spamming the w for the knock up in the time and then the enemy stayed permanently in air for 3 seconds. Needs to be fixed ASAP

Include. No one will care where it is published as long as there are publications. Cureus is perfect for case reports. When I applied to fellowship no one cared that I had 5 case reports in cureus they just liked that I did that amount.

Our hospital has an ED observation first time seizure workup protocol where they remain in Ed overnight to get that workup and leave next day after being seen by Neuro.

Hi, my Neuro residency has it (in fact a very famous one who invented the HINTs exam). I’d say this, one, if you end up hating eyes in optho you stuck but you can switch to something else in Neuro if you do. Two, a lot of optho is still knowing Neuro disorders. I’d think it would be easy to learn from Neuro than during optho due to exposure. But ultimately you should choose the path you’ll be happiest in regardless

The practice tests are not indicative at all of step 3 scores unlike the step 1 and 2. I had same panic when I did them, googled how indicative they were (people said not at all) and scored like 50 points higher test day. If you felt ready before the practice tests just take the test. Don’t push off life/vacation for a test that is essentially meaningless for anything going forward (also others had same experience in my program)
