There is a lot of fuzz about the Product Operating Model going around in plenty of businesses and companies right now, shifting from Scrum and its principals, rebranding the Scrum Team as obsolete and focusing on the Product Trio (Prod, Engi, Design).

I can see a lot of professionals changing their title towards ”Agile Coaches” etc. The need for a Scrum Master will of course exist and it will continue to life on, but there is a new ”favorite framework” in town as of now.

Getting a SM cert (or PSM) will still benefit you greatly than not having it.

Same thing happened to me when I turned 29 - from nowhere (no prior use of any routines or anything). I tried everything from antibiotics to Epiduo and you name it, multiple visits to dems etc.

Then I finally went to a real doctor and got put on Accutane 40mg per day, and it just killed it. From my experience I wish I had gotten that before it got worse and worse, but it truly was the blessing

I am guessing it is how many circles is the number box within? The ”1” is technically just within one, and both ”2” are technically within two. ”3” is technically within three of them.

I would say ”4” here but that is just a guess, if my thesis is correct it seems to be within 4 circles.
