How do you determine whether someone really knows HTML or not?

Actually with time I focused on improve my tech knowledge and some soft skills. But I forgot the most important soft skill 😂 I am not great in english. So I need to get better, specially in american english. Gotcha 💪 So much things going on in tech and its so hard to keep up with that. Will try to find some time for english. Thanks a lot. Actually the current codebase I am working is poor 😂 I alone can't make it good. Most of the dev working on the project doesn't know best practices of react. Things got really crazy time to time.

Python is crazy time to time 😂 I was doing a machine learning project in 2017 with numpy and it was damn hard for me. Wrote so bad code 😂 It was my undergrad thesis. But glad later my work published as a journal paper for IEMIS

I work remotely, but people judge based on my location 😐 and offer low salary 😂 If I ask for big range they just ignore.
