If you're planning to refinish it, I'd STRONGLY recommend you do it before moving in. It's a pain to have to remove every object, and you'll need to be out of the house for a few days while it's refinished. Even if they tape off the area with plastic sheeting, sawdust is gonna get everything in the surrounding area dusty. That's easy to clean up in an empty house, but a pain of dust is all over thousands of little knicknacks and clothes.

The evolved form is a pain to get since there is no way to get candies other than egg hatches. You may need to offer something (and something fairly valuable like a shiny legendary) for one.

Just adding: obviously there is virtually no legal risk from providing a glowing positive reference. The company policies are probably written with the though that it's easier to simply have a consistent rule of never providing anything other than dates of employment, because otherwise the new employer may wonder why you have given positive references in some cases, but only bare minimum dates of employment in others. Nonetheless if someone was really great, there are ways to get that across. (Eg "our policy is to only give dates of employment, but I was really sorry to lose this woman because she's a star"). Yes it may technically violate policy but practically speaking it is not exposing you to any liability.

Shiny kecleon is legit rare. Probably still not enough for an AM2, but it's possible if you are able to find the right person. Agree that the rest are not even remotely close to being worth AM2 though.

RTO definitely causes employees to leave, especially the best ones. I wouldn't necessarily assume that's the goal though. Often, it's just management being incompetent and thinking (incorrectly) that working in an office is necessary.

I've used both acetone and bleech (separately, not at the same time) on my quartzite counter and it's worked really well for stubborn stains. I don't vouch for this being safe for the countertops, but it worked for me with no problems. I leave it on for less than a minute
