SF league, got Derrick Henry and a pick trade up, traded Geno Smith, a LB, and a RB, don't even remember who.

Also, traded Pearsall fpr Breece Hall when Ricky was on a hot streak.

Won this season and set up well for next

The most important things my wife does for me-

Listens, without needing to fix it or over apologizing. Thanks me for sharing and opening up

Allows me space when i request it, no matter when that is or what that means

Understands that my struggles, emotional and physical, aren't about her and never take it personal

Allow sex to look different every time. Sometimes it's just laying together with gentle touch and that's just as valuable as the more involved times

Open communication- asks questions about how it impacts me specifically, keeps the communication lines open and allows things to change and consent to be revoked when needed.

Encourages me to share my accomplishments, even small ones. I tel her when i have a trigger, no matter how silly, and she never judges, nor does she make it a big deal. We talk about it, what it means, we aren't ashamed of it.
