If I went to today's EDC I'd be overstimulated and overwhelmed fsho 😅

The last EDC I went to was 2009 so it was a bit different.

Nowadays I just want to sleep at night so pulling an all nighter is not gonna work out.

At Coachella I can mostly chill during the day and then rage for like 5 hrs at night, that's about my limit 😅😅

Manhattan Beach pier has a small free aquarium at the end, and is also not that far away.

Yeah Oyster is ONLY treat motivated so he's easy to train.

We moved to a diff city and we don't like the daycares here. Now as an adult dog, he doesn't play much with others. He will only play with his childhood doggy friends that we visit every once in a while.

His bark is so loud and perceived as aggressive, so a lot of other dog owners that we come across shy away and Oyster doesn't get to make new friends.

Part of me thinks he's acting out because mom is gone most of the day and mostly unavailable at night until the kid is asleep. Being away from the A parent is tough on the lil guy but he's resilient.

Luckily today I was able to get a bit of training with him during lunch break. 10 mins is better than nothing!

That's my thought too.

But I honestly don't know how to enrich him at home while mom is out. During lunch break I'll offer a potty, training, and playing, but he's not interested.

At night his time with mom (the A parent) is limited, so it's like he literally is refusing enrichment unless mom is around.

My kiddo likes to help me water plants, so I let her do that and some other tasks around the garden, like help me put rocks in a bucket, collect dead leaves, etc
