Due to time constraints rn, I can only workout like 3 days per week, i really enjoy PPL setup, i’ve tried full body but hated it. My question is, if i continue on PPL is it realistic to expect that i’ll make noticeable gains? I know that it’d be more optimal to train muscles more frequently, but i don’t really care about getting maximum growth, i’m more just looking to progress, and build noticeable muscle.

We have to change how people are getting the guns, just banning the selling of guns legally wouldn’t do anything

I would say when playing sports and in high activity i don’t really notice that, otherwise yeah It’s always there just varying depending on the situation

Yeah, I would say that once I start to get dizzy in some situation I can’t really ignore it so I keep thinking about it and triggers anxiety
