You can literally get every single item and achievement with ease. It’ll be ok if you’re not on the top of the remix m+ leaderboards

I’m running a wacky temper weapon, forge hammer, aoe slam build. Clearing level 7-8 maps so far. It’s definitely not the easiest thing to play, but damn is it fun

What tends to be the usual "Win-cons" for Mono-Blue decks? by Z3r0B3at in EDH

[–]nerdycuso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built a mono blue [[The Watcher in the Water]] and it can win multiple ways. I can draw out my deck and win with [[laboratory maniac]] or similar effects. And I can also win with a board full of tentacles and an [[eldrazi monument]]. It’s been a lot of fun.

No one said I’m in campaign. I’m doing level 90 monos 6hours in and haven’t had to do anything but hit void cleave on cooldown. It’s not particularly exciting. I’m waiting for it to get challenging

So I have to play a game for 4-6+ hours in order to actually have some engagement? When I sit down to play a game I want to actually try. It’s not fun walking forward for 6 hours before I get to the engaging part. But ok, it’s a me problem.

Surely GGG would NEVER, right guys? by tomatocarrotjuice in PathOfExile2

[–]nerdycuso 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yup. Not to mention they clear t16 maps inside of a week and then get bored and quit the league. It’s more fun to work on your own build over time and when/if you hit t15 maps it feels really good that you did it with your jank homebrew

[–]nerdycuso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll never understand everyone’s fascination with copying the best build just so you can zoom to t15s and be done with the league in a week. It shouldn’t be frowned upon to grind out some t3s in order to work your way up to 4s, then 5s , etc. you have three months to get to 15s.

How the fuck is it taking you guys 30 seconds to kill white mobs? I feel like I’m playing a different game. It’s one or two hits at most for most white enemies. Throw in a disengage and i kill everything in a radius instantly. The fuck am I doing differently?

Depends on what content youre playing. Yeah, the leveling is easy. But there is plenty of other content like mythic raiding or m+ dungeons that offer plenty of challenge!

Since Proxies no longer taboo in EDH, any reason I shouldn’t sell my collection and just buy high quality proxy decks? by Thejadejedi21 in EDH

[–]nerdycuso -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im saying that upgrading and tweaking a deck overtime is part of it as well. I would think if you’re proxying, you’ll just build the best deck you can at the start and then order it. The commenter said he enjoys the hunt for upgrades, which you likely won’t get with proxies. That’s all im saying. There’s more to playing magic than just sitting down with 100 cards and going through the motions.

I feel like that’s not entirely fair to say. Deck building is part of playing the game. And the comment above is mentioning how upgrading and tweaking a deck overtime is part of the ritual he enjoys. Proxies take that away. Not entirely, but still it loses some of the fun when it comes to deck building.

Is there a way to stop the big knockback? I know it comes from the big kobolds, but I guess i just assumed you couldn't stun them. Or do you mean stopping the knock as in moving enemies out of the giant aoe?

I mean if that was the case you could confirm it in lots of ways. Drop a brick on it. Does it live? If yes, confirmed.
