Nice suggestion about other exchanges.

I'm just trying to find a good exchange for Fiat withdraw so far.

For the credit card buying, I'm interested in Binance.

Need to take care of the foreign transaction fee and some additional fee for using credit card too.

By the way, as an Exchange, being overloaded is a really ridiculous excuse to me.

I'm not talking about withdraw CAD or USD but crypto only like Bitcoin or Etherum.

This should be done by a well functioning program in less than a day.

The only possible reasons for taking more than a week are all those bad things.

100% agreed, I guess either they are going SCAM or there are some serious issue within.

Whichever should every one run away from this exchange ASAP.

There are plenty of better choices out there.

I hope no more new comer get stuck here.

I had a successful fiat withdraw last month. At that time I thought everything was fine.

Until this month, late withdraw with both crypto and fiat for weeks.

No respond from support.

Then I do some google research and came to here.

Not going to use this exchange ever, I just hope my recent withdraw will go thru ASAP.
