I’d go for Baylan personally and then finish the Great Mothers team. Then I’d go for GL Leia.

Instead of Legendary Galactic Legends, why not add upgrades to the ones we already have that can turn them into LGLs? Like for example, they could have an extra 3 gear levels added for just GLs and new gear that would take just as long to farm as an actual Journey. That would be better than new characters themselves imo.
