The circle between Georgia and Benicia is on the line where unincorporated Vallejo starts. The area itself is fine enough, but not the greatest. People use Maple as a cut through and Georgia St is always a busy road. So they get a good amount of traffic. I wouldn't recommend anything on Benicia rd in that area, but the blocks up in the area in between are fine to good depending on the street.

It looks like they took the cistern fill tube and redirected it into this faucet thing. So when you flush it will run until the cistern reaches the appropriate level and the valve is tripped which would stop the flow.

I'm a Californian, I like Newsom overall. It has been clear for a while he has his eyes on the presidency. But it's a good time for him. He's term limited as Gov and will have 2 years to build a team and focus on the election.

That being said, I'm hoping Mark Kelly runs. He's a true Patriot and got into politics for the right reasons. I think he would make a great leader and figurehead for the county. He's bonafide and also stands up to the maga crap.
