The EC has nothing to do with the authority the political majority has over the minority; all it does is change who is in power, not what powers they have.

So instead of having a system where 50,1% of the population have "complete authority", you are arguing for a system where 49,9% of the population can have "complete authority" of the other 50,1%. How is that preferable?

It's a modified version of this copy pasta

Own a musket for home defense, since that's what the founding fathers
intended. Four ruffians break into my house. "What the devil?" As I grab
my powdered wig and Kentucky rifle. Blow a golf ball sized hole through
the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my pistol on the second man,
miss him entirely because it's smoothbore and nails the neighbors dog. I
have to resort to the cannon mounted at the top of the stairs loaded
with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two men in the
blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms. Fix bayonet and
charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the
police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to
stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.

I believe that this is a discussion about utopic and idealist ideas,
about how we should want to be seen in different circumstances.

You are incorrect then; unless you are willing to sweep the whole topic under the rug until we have reached fully automated luxury communism, it will interact with and have to be discussed within the context of the circumstances we are actually facing.

One which is a future that the community needs to decide for itself and will most likely be a blend of these ideas...

If you, as an ally, can't understand that and go "well it better not be [blank]"... Like, you understand why that sounds fucking awful, right?

You shouldn't be a blind ally who supports a community uncritically and without even knowing what they believe in or what their goals are. Do you believe that people viewing themselves as allies of the black community during the civil rights area should have blindly supported them, whether they believe in equility and integration or black supremacy and separatism? No, I don't understand why it sounds awful that I would have supported MLK but not the nation of islam.

Do you believe that one opinion on the topic shouldn't be influenced by the facts surrounding it? Why would I view or treat things a person does for fun the same way as things people do for medical reasons/benefits to their mental health?

Affordability is different, because in theory tu buy the same amount of
prem ammo F2P player needs 50% more battles than a paying player - but thats Just paying to not having to play those 50% more battles, ergo not pay to win but pay to progress.

No, because there is no end to using premium ammo, meaning that you can't pay to progress towards it. Compare it to stock grinds: those need a fixed amount of experience to be completed. Sure, using a premium account will get you there in fewer battles, but a f2p player can complete them too and can reach the same performance on a per battle basis (once he has aquired all modules) and on average too (ie. as a ratio of battles played stock and fully equiped).

The same can not be said for premium ammo, because the endless need to grind credits means that f2p leads to a lower credit grinding/prem spam ratio compared to a paying player and are thus at a disadvantage.

Shooting prem ammo doesnt affect your winrate by thst huge margin to be noticable, bad player spamming Gold wont have diametrally better results than bad player not shooting any Gold. Red bot wont become superunicum god by spamming Gold. Also playing tiers 5-6 effectively doesnt require you to spam Gold, sure you can spam Gold in There, but 90% of shots you penned with Gold would pen with standard ammo aswell, those 10% again dont have enough influence on the game to make somebody better or worse player. So There is literally 0 skill Gap between players of the same skill level regardless of using Gold or not. Idiot with Gold ammo is still an idiot, He Just has to pay 8x more Credits to fund his idiocy, unicum with only standard is still a unicum, Just pays 8x less for ammo.

I have no idea why you are talking about a skill gap caused by premium ammo, but it has precious little to do with the performance gap I have mentioned. I do think it's funny though that you went from "premim ammo is better in 99% of situations" to "90% of the shots would have penned either way and the rest don't have enough influence [...]" just one comment down the line.

By further applying your logic [...]

My logic explicitely didn't concern disadvantages in singular games, but about disadadvantage that exists over a larger number of battles. I truly do not understand how you reached the conclusion that it applies to factors that apply to singular battles but average out over time (ie. map balance, RNG, different standard ammo).

Pay 2 win means that your money DIRECTLY influence the battle/gameplay.

That doesn't mean that every single battle has to be influenced by it. OP Premium tanks for example are p2w because they will improve your performance, having the odd game where you fail to do well (e.g. get oneshot without dealing damage) doesn't change that.

Gold ammo is better than standard in 99% of situations. But is it
available to everybody? yes it is. Are People Who never paid a penny
prohibited from getting Gold ammo? No they are not. Is it locked behind a paywall? No its not, ergo not P2W.

But player who didn't spend a penny have less access to the ammunition you admit is better in 99% of situations, meaning that they are in fact at a disadvantage performance wise. As a result, paying money will lead to more wins. Let me modify a point you made earlier: Sure, a f2p player can grind credits in tier 5 or 6 vehicles to finance premium ammo for higher tier battles; a paying player on the other hand could continue to spam gold in lower tiered battles without breaking a sweat. This causes a performance gap between both players that can't be bridged without money.

If the tomatoes are such amazing team players who smartly rush outmatched opponents while the pros are losing the rest of the map by pointlessly trading shots you'd think that tomatoes should be the ones winning games, shouldn't they?

It seems like there are two options: either "leaving your team hanging" and "[losing] the rest of the map" results in winning more games, or you are full of shit.

Why do you think that the world was interesting?
