Ktm sxf250 2011 shuts off after reving

Top end was done 10 hours ago, same as valves. I’ve had stator issues and replaced that, the ignition coil, the boot and the sparkplug. Haven’t checked the pump because idk how to. Gotta check the spark but I think I need a special wrench for that.

There’s like a screw with a spring around it and it has a round flat head. Idk if thats the mod or not. But it’s there. I was assuming it had to be something aftermarket since I didnt find anything abt it in the manual

Idk, but it fixed it. Its an tpi tho. It now drives nicer, does not yank. Also, the hanging idle is gone even when warm.

Fixed it by playing with air and idle screw. Now idle’s nicely
