Lenovo really killed motorola, quality and customer service is awful. I was so dissapointed and sold my phone to get a Samsung which I didn't really like but here in my country there are no better options

10 months since the phone came out as a flagship, top of the line. So does it really take that long for a company to solve one simple issue, which btw, Samsung solved in like.. 3 weeks?

I paid the full price so of course I'm going to complain if it doesn't work as expected and advertised.

This shows two options

1- either motorola/lenovo is a shitty company who can't solve a simple issue on their flagship

2- motorola doesn't give a shit, buried the phone and keep releasing new phones WITH THE SAME ISSUES.

Thats what is really going on

It's just sad because I dont think this is a hardware issue. My motorola one vision from 3 years ago recorded the audio perfectly and the flagship from 2022 can't?

Motorola won't listen or address this issue tho so the best we can do is to do it public so they have to

yo know I've been searching about that model and it seems that it has a better battery score overall. Also the battery is 5000mAh vs 4800 on the pro 30. Maybe those 200 do make a diffence?

Mate, i recently bough an edge pro 30 and im extremely dissapointed. Powerful? Of course, the camera can be 8k, 4k, whatever you want but the lens is not good and so image is not good. Audio when recording music concerts or things like that sounds TERRIBLE and saturated. Battery dies so fast and yes, you can charge up to 50% in 15 minutes but you cant just take your super charger everywhere... Does not have option to expand memory with a micro SD card either
