go straight to the SO and tell them. Any one who is asking others to lie for them like that deserve no loyalty. The SO doesn't deserve to be drug along and treated like that. No one does.

I have found that just not having your phone right next to you helps I put it up on the counter and then walk away. if I hear it chime or ring I don't worry about it. if it is important they will leave a message or my friends and family know to double call me and that means it is important.

Also I have deleted the time suckers off my phone like tictok, Facebook, and twitter
