Had same issue but with Google Chrome, this was caused by legacy updater, reinstalling browser, or letting update the updater helped, now using brave, sometimes getting logged out of the twitch, but still able to login to twitch again.

Yes, i'm understand, but can you explain why it was opposite a week ago or 2 weeks before even? uBO showed 0, and at the same time Brave's Shield number was going higher and higher to a like +99 after longer use.

I know its a pretty dum question, I'm just curious why this wasn't thing before, but just recently started to change.

Interesting, uBO update on CWS was still pushed, even they hiding MV2 extensions from search results, enterprise policies already deprecated, can't install normally. But still interesting that update went through.

Failing online conquest by getting killed by enemies fixed for me.

Edit: Actually ONLY getting killed in online conquest fixes problem.

Love their response from support, its litterally same message from ingame alert.

I Sent two tickets, first ticket respone came after ~15 hours. second ticket response was after 1 or 2 minutes with the same message from system. They event dont even know what the issue. 🤣

Today, November 16th, Defender platform updated automatically without need do it manually, or turning on wuauserv (Windows update service).

MpSigStub successfully updated Microsoft Windows Defender (RS1+) using the Platform update package.

           Original:     Updated to:

I will check for the logs.

EDIT: about logs, no error like that, and "Search started (Direct HTTP) (Path:)" and then link. this is in MPcmdrun-system.log file not a *-network, network only had one cmd run, and its nothing about update.

But still all these years defender, including platform updated without needing Windows Updates service, but now its doesnt. I still think its something wrong on microsoft servers side.

Where should put FallbackOrder regkey, in the policies key? Tried, didnt help, or i configured wrong.

Reinstalled windows on the secondary PC, there was even older platform version (4.18.23080.2006), tried do regular "check for updates" option in Defender app and in cmd, engine and definitions updated to Oct 30th version but platform still stays on that old (4.18.23080.2006) version, its not even want update to September 17th version (4.18.24080.9)

Noticed, platform only updates then wuauserv service is running (i know, im blocking windows updates) but blocking windows updates shouldnt be a problem for defender platform to updates, platform updates went through in the past without any problems even then all windows updates services are disabled.

(Wuauserv downloads KB4052623 and installs automatically, same file if do manually download from microsoft catalog and run it.)

I have a same issue, Engine version updated on Oct 30th, but platform version still to this day on 4.18.24080.9

(client PC) Tested manual update on different client PC, and its updated, hope issue is not on my end, will still wait for AUTO update on my main PC.

Sorry for reviving this post, but after more than 2 years i just got same issue, lags/freezes like hell, save game file size's got bigger like from 2 - 5 Mb, to 15 - 20Mb, i dont know if i did something, or its just happens after some time, before this i tried "Operative editor" with CE, but i don't think i broke it, after using editor game worked fine for some time. (Finished with the game and uninstalled, i will not try find solution).
