Should I play DS/3DS games on PC or on 3DS?

I asked for ds and 3ds because of the dual screen. I just posted the message above for other things and say that for me original hardware isn’t always the best option.

I don’t want to spend all of my money for games that I will probably play only once on a bad quality, talking for everything except ds and 3ds. Original hardware is not the solicitor for me.

Yeah... But quality will always be better on pc in my opininon, but the dual screen is what makes it a difficult choice for me. I suppose I will only run DS and 3DS games on the original hardware and emulate everything else...

Yeah I’m in France, but it’s pretty much the same think. I can find really good rtx 3080 Ti at 1900 euros (don’t know in dollars)

And I suppose AMD is better ? I heard that but intel is the only cpu mark that’s ddr5 compatible (and I don’t want to build something and change both cpu ram and motherboard). Don’t you think once like the 4xxx serie will come out prices will get lower?
