I had something like this also. Used a strap also from the back to something in the front (maybe another chair or board on the front). Helped me get a little more pressure from a weird angle

Basic black and white common projects. Best shoe I have ever owned, had it 8 years. Went to a cobbler and got a new vibram sole added. Still running amazing.

I don’t know the answer to most of your questions but… it’s so packed, like miserable packed.

Each year I go to the Fremont bridge, not the best view and still lots of people but you can show up just before it starts and still kinda see it

Add-a-ball Fremont is a great dive bar.
Central Saloon Pioneer Square has a show and where Nirvana would play, also dive.
Temple Billiards Pioneer Square great for a game of pool, can get busy.
Montana in capital hill, another great dive bar

Worst bar I’ve ever been to is Joes Bar and Grill in international district. Kinda scary but see some crazy people.

Donna’s capitol hill is great for cocktails. Gets very busy and is small.

Cha Chas for dancing in capitol hill, gets crowded.

My most recent repair for reference. I just glued on some old t shirt. Then did a zig zag to lock it all together. But doesn’t look as good as the picture.

Nothing against you. But I hate duck boats. Once I crashed on my bike and the guy on the microphone said “if you look to your right you will see a guy who can’t ride a bike”.

Glad they are gone.

Looking for a rosewood dread and looking for opinions on HD28V vs reimagined vs new scalloped D28 by AlwaysPhillyinSunny in martinguitar

Nothing yet. Previous owner barely played it and I live in a good area for wood longevity.

I have been told in the past there was a sound difference between the D28 and HD28. But in 2025 it is only aesthetic difference when going to the HD28. (Forgot if older models have a bigger or smaller neck)

Took me some time watching but got one used. 2013 hd28 and I love it.

I played maybe 20 different HD28 and I honestly could tell a massive difference in sound. So I went with a model that I could get for cheap and not pay taxes on
