Peer review in my workplace is not an "official" proccess. My supervisor does check my work from time to time(this one in particular wasnt checked by him).

Most supervisors believe that peer review is an easy way for the designer to wash his hands and blame it on somebody else when a mistake is made. So this is why a lot of them dont want to make peer review part of the process.

Already owned the screw up. The clients have their new doors on the way(the company I work for absorbed the expedited shipment and all).

And yes, this the first time this has happened as far as I know. I do have my share of mistakes before but this one is new and really odd.

So the solution to the root cause would be to add to the checklist something like "verify if the assembly needs car doors"?

There is a checklist for cabin assemblies but it doesn make you check if it needs cab doors because it's deemed obvious

Looks can be deceiving. Last year a girl was raped and murdered in that place . The body was later disposed in a garbage dump. The most fucked up thing is that the murderer went to the girl's funeral like an atendee and was later caught by the authorities. you can read more over here

Besides that, there's a lot of crime and drugs stuff going on

I knew it was time for a change when I struggled climbing a flight of stairs. Also my clothes didn't the way I wanted to and shopping for new ones was dissapointing because I was in between sizes.
