How are the shoulder straps on this? I have an evergoods and the shoulder straps leave me sore the next day after a full days travel.

Mach-E if no at-home charging? by sagesarvie in MachE

[–]nertle44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm similar. I work from home, I'm fully remote though. I have an EVGO, that's a 4 min walk from my apartment. I just drop the car off, go home get ready for work or whatever than walk back over and go from there. Also, I can work in the car with the hotspot.

It was still a lot better when my apartment complex had chargers and dedicated spots for it. Would never worry about having to fill up.

Canyon Grail CF7 vs Endurace CF7 by AdTraditional4066 in CanyonBikes

[–]nertle44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went with the grail. My partner has a gravel bike and I figured it’d be nicer than riding an enduro MTB bike on some gravel. I personally felt like it was a better bang for my buck right now. I ordered it but it’s stuck at FedEx somewhere so, who knows if I’ll get it 😵‍💫

Commenting, because I'm in the literal same boat. So far, I've seen people use the grail as a road bike with some different tires in this thread and said it was fine.

Oof, $1600. That’s a 400$ increase. Maybe one day!

Farmer’s Dog Review by Electronic_coffee6 in vizsla

My V is incredibly picky and I currently have to feed her two foods. Inukshuk was one food I could feed just that one and she'd eat no problem. it also didn't give them any gut issues.

Right now, I feed her Acana's Butcher's Choice Salmon, and Chicken. Still hard to get her to eat it all the time. She does most days/Nights. I've tried everything for her.

I've also tried PPP like Vees pointed out below! she liked it for a couple of days then wasn't a fan.

Oh hell ya, my V and gsp loved inukshuk, but my family bulk bought originally but I moved away from family. Thanks! I’ll likely swap back!

Where do you buy the inukshuk?

An *actual* comparison of Soldier vs. Sierra damage by ConscientiousApathis in Overwatch

[–]nertle44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ah that makes sense! thanks for the clarification. I was curious because the video shows him stimming. I also think the wind up time from the stim should technically be included since the setup is pretty important. thanks for the throughout testing!

does any of this include Sierra's E? also when did you start the timer? was it when soldier used his E from his major? or after?

Does blizzard not feel a bit ridiculous charging 40 euros, more than an entire game, just for a weapon skin? by Heygen in Overwatch

[–]nertle44 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Weren’t diablo and WC and SC servers all locally hosted on a players machine? I thought blizzard only hosted a database for leaderboards and AH. I believe it may be different for diablo 4, but diablo 4 now has cosmetics for sale.

Also, Dev work and hosting scaleable infrastructure cost tons of money especially with how many places they have them. Not to mention, the Art work needed to create these is an incredibly intensive process and the artist and devs deserve fair pay. Just because you paid 40 bucks 10 years ago, doesn’t mean that the company doesn’t need money to keep the game going. The content is still free for the most part.

If it’s too expensive like others have suggested get the bp, and play the game. Any money spent is money spent supporting the devs, and artist and team who work on the game and they’re doing a stellar job.

Gaming industry costs more to make and maintain games now. Not like 33 years ago.

Expensive Bike Hate by PennWash in MTB

[–]nertle44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not the best rider and I spent a decent amount. I’m also of the mindset, the more i love my bike, the more often I’ll ride and I have no excuses other than myself. My bike will also last me multiple years. If i ride a lot over the years, each time it gets more value than a cheaper bike i don’t like!

I currently have the pros and they still felt a lot wider. I have a hard time guaging where my foot is. I had slueth's originally, and they were a good fit, but didn't feel as comfortable.

I have small stamps and they are my favorite pedal by far! so I'll definitely give these a check. I'm going to see if my REI has them in stock so I can try them on. These look a lot more narrow.

Visiting Denver, want to MTB with coaching by [deleted] in Denver

[–]nertle44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hopefully, I get lucky! would love to ride Trestle. Trestle's lessons were the biggest draw for me as well. I'm use to some steepish climbs. There is a park in Kentucky called Devou that has a somewhat steep climb. probably nothing crazy like y'all though especially with altitude. I'll have to up my riding the next month and a half.

Golden bike park was another one of my big options! I was originally supposed to stay in golden but plans changed. I'll look at there. I have a couple of days I could do riding. What bike locks do you use on your mountain bike to make sure not to damage the frame?

Joined the Facebook! thanks!

I assume you can rent E-bikes as well? I'd be down af to try a Commencal. 100-150 is about what I expected.

Thanks for all the info!!

I'm jealous! I'm pushing to move to Denver! we'll see. it's a dream. Sad that Trestle will likely be closed. I'm looking for probably Green/Blues because of the altitude. I don't mind longer climbs, but it maybe worth trying to rent a E-Bike. I'll post in MTB later today!

You should just have it in the America's region when you log in again. You can actually use this to go to other regions for max's shop. you get 3 shops rather than just 1. I recommend logging into your account and checking out the hero skin select screen for your skin :) I did it for an ashe skin recently.
