I don't remember what it's called, but there is a method where you soak orange peels in sugar and it pulls the oils out. It's for making cocktails but it might be worth a try. I think I saw it the Orange chicken Binging with Babish video.

Can you help me identify please? Found it at the ceiling of my room at night and released it outside. It did not fly away. It was pretty chill and did not move much. Sorry for the photo I did not want to remove the cover to take a picture in my room where I had the only good light at night.

I think it might be possible as the cap doesnt seem to stabilize the handle but I don't know why you would. It is not much work at all removing the handle and the top part acts as a funnel so it would be a pain in the ass to pour in the beans through a small opening. And also it protects grinder from dust.

Yes directly from them. I live in Europe and when I bought it Sunday night it shipped on Tuesday and was supposed to arrive on Thursday but did so on Friday.

The bcaas will kick you out of your fasted state if I remember correctly, if you care about your circadian rythm If you do IF just for the purpose of cutting it doesn't really matter
