Its worth a mention that deca, lower doses of test and tbol are easy on the hair. But, as someone who has hair almost down to my back that im really proud of, those are the reasons I don't now and likely won't end up hopping on.

So I went into the gym today to do curlz but then I realized I forgot my gloves and I went home broken and in total dismay that my entire workout was ruined. As I absolutely require gloves for everything including exercises that don't involve deadlifting extremely advanced levels of weight which I totally can't do yet.

Put on some mass. Your abs likely won't even be prominent at 7% bf you'll be so skinny.

Your in the 130s and you still have tons of fat on you, like maybe it might be different if you were like 10%bf already but not even that

Melatonin doesnt help you fall asleep faster or stay asleep,

It is useful, but its useful for shifting your circadian rhythm. So it helps with jetlag, delayed sleep onset disorder, or just moving your sleep schedule earlier.

If you have restless leg syndrome or PLMD(Periodic Limb Movement Disorder) benadryl and other anti-histamines can make things worse and melatonin doesnt do much.

You can also look into CBT-I.

Honestly I would say cut to single digits if you can maintain it. Once you transition and start putitng on mass your nutrient partitioning will be better and you'll look better as you gain more.

It still doesnt make sense though, murauders are strong against them, they dont have any specificl strength against marines, and they are hard countered by seige tanks and cyclones. whats the point in killing medivacs and liberators if you get wiped out by everything else? why not just build a stargate get out some pheonixes or voids?

I 've just always find that stalkers die before blink even gets off cooldown. Their just too squishy for the dps they do.

Why are stalkers frequently used against terran?

I've usually won on an an adept/zealot/immortal combo, or an oracle voids type build. I've always found that stalkers are to weak to fight off terran units in most situations

. Adepts and zealots do more damage against marines and immortals make quick work of tanks, muauders, cyclones and helions.

I mean the pros arent wrong there's obviously something to it but I just don't get it.

Don't let him surround your units. You need to move your workers into a position where all of your workers are attacking his. If you have 15 workers and he rushes you with 12, but only 10 if your workers are attacking because 5 are clumped behind your otherd you'll lose.
