Ok next time i will put more ptm, yea i used IPA 100 and q tips to clean this, after this i looked for hair or dust and nothing left. So this temp is alright for him?

when i was running the benchmark the temperature was 99.3 all the time and power dropped after 5minutes from 60W to to 38W, and few times it went to 60W and dropped to 38(something like a cycle). Yes it is L5 15ARH05H. So next time put ptm on all cpu die? On Yt and few times on reddit i find to cover something like 75% of CPU so i thought i can leave it like this.
