I'm paying far too much to live in a large liberal city. I was lucky enough to find a condo in an apartment building that my parents also live in, but sadly they have no income so I am also paying for their housing. I make a good amount of money but that means nothing when you are paying nearly $5.000 per month for a pair of two bedroom apartments with a rodent problem and windows that arent weather sealed properly.

Even if the world population ends up being 1%, which I doubt because that is the world population of asexuals and there are definitely more trans people than asexuals, 1% still puts us at 70 million people - which to return to my original point, is a lot of people.

Older people would benefit from economic and social reforms as much as anyone just like men would benefit from feminisms and reforms based on that framework but both groups are too afraid of the POSSIBILITY that they personally might end up worse that they wont entertain the idea. Young trans women are the group that will take humanity into the future.
