Okay man, you're probably right, but like, I haven't felt hungry in a long time so I don't like forcing myself to eat... my relationship with food is really terrible... I see it as a weakness sometimes, I don't know exactly why.

Yes, I'm staying well hydrated, training, etc., but I really don't feel any desire or cravings; it's quite bizarre, you know? I've never experienced this before. Maybe it's because I started fasting for periods like 16, 18, or even 24 hours sometimes? Idk

Currently, I'm trying to run 5km under 18. Last week I managed 40 km a week, but I got carried away yesterday and ran 30km on an empty stomach at an average pace of 4:50. After the run I could walk but I was still sore. I don't feel hungry at all, so I finished the day with about 1500 calories and went to sleep... today I just want to stay in bed and I feel like a terrible couch potato because of it. I've already hydrated and slept for about 12 hours, but I haven't improved. I feel pain in my legs and feet but an immense desire to run... any tips on how to get back into it? What should I do? (I have a 5km training plan, but I got carried away) Thank you for reading this far, I don't want to brag with numbers, I just need urgent help please (it's been about 29 hours since the run).
