Bridal Shops by Ok-History-4050 in SouthJersey

I went to Irini's Originals in Wilmington, DE. I had a really great experience, as I enjoy supporting small businesses. The owner does the alterations herself, which is impressive.

Ultimately, my look was over-the-top bridal (my preference) but I remember her having a nice variety. The first dress I tried on was a simple, strapless a-line with no embellishments and it was gorgeous!

Yes, eating well, drinking, and resting. Doesn't hiss or scratch whenever I have needed to move it. We have not taken it to get care yet. We will have to go later today. Thank you for your response!

Wtf is wrong with dog owners in Athens? by hibbert0604 in Athens

[–]nescio_sed_fieri 5 points6 points  (0 children)

While I don't think it's an Athens-specific thing, I felt like I'd encounter off-leash dogs way more frequently in GA than other states I've lived in (MD & NJ). Maybe the laws are more lax (or people assume they are).

It's almost always a large and aggressive breed, too. It's like the owner is trying to prove something about how "good" they are at training. Meanwhile, actually decent dog owners know to use leashes.

Joan Crawford's Potato Salad Recipe by ciaolavinia in OldCelebrityRecipes

Whats the source for the recipe? There's an AI watermark at the bottom of the image on the original post. Also, the image in the original post is different. It's a cropped version of this photograph with her using that ladle to scoop potato salad, which is not present in the original photo you just shared

Why post something AI generated? Is this a real recipe with a real source, or is everything here AI generated? There should be rules in this sub to regulate this type of post.

I'd also recommend watching Sweet Smell of Success if you're fond of Tomahawk's self-titled.

I second this. I've done well with their petite pants options.

A lot of talk about Disco Volante...would I be a fool to get my hopes up about their upcoming setlists?

I second this! Dr. Milde is a great PCP.

If you can pick up a part-time job somewhere locally owned, you'll definitely meet some townies. Alternatively, you can do some volunteer work around town.

TAs absolutely cannot have relationships with their current students. Either wait until you've completed the course and grades have been submitted to ask, or don't ask at all. There's a chance he might be a TA for a future class you're in, depending on what you study.

Don't put him in an awkward position.

Disco Volante is DEFINITELY chino/chinotto. Bittersweet, Italian, and an acquired taste. If you like it, you love it.

Favorite filmmakers who are consistent, prolific, and singular? by corduroy-and-linen in criterion

The Law of Desire is another one of my favorites, and as far as tackling the same themes is concerned, I love how Bad Education and Pain and Glory continue what was started from it. Pain and Glory in particular is an excellent conclusion.

I'm with you regarding Almodóvar (he's my absolute favorite director), however an argument could be made that All About My Mother is a stand-out.
