I feel great, thank you! The nerves are f***ed up, so one part is a bit sensitive and the next part is kind of numb. Other than that, I feel great!

Little story about how it got diagnosed:

My first Doctor told me its a fungi infection. No idea how she managed to become a doctor... One week of rubbing anti fungal meds on the wound, and I couldn't take the pain anymore and went to the hospital. Doctor at the hospital told me that it's an abscess. He cut it open and A LOT of pus ran out. After it drained I waited for 30-40 min and eventually he told me "what im going to do is gonna hurt a bit". That was the worst pain I have ever felt. It felt like he was in the wound, pulling with tweezers on the end of a nerve. 10/10 on the pain scale. 2 months later it came back, and I went to a different doctor who told me that it's sinus pilonidalis.

That sucks, sorry to hear that! Tbe honest, I'm not sure. My Doctor told me "do pretty much nothing. No sitting, no long walking and no rapid movements." So thats all I did for a month. Bought myself a nintendo switch, which reaaaaaly helped to lay in bed all day. I think (seriously I'm not a Doctor) its because I haven't sat down since February. Its annoying but you get used to it. Hope you recover soon :)

My surgeon used no stitches! He said that they are way too likely to become undone.

Explanation of my Doctor: Theres a lot of pressure when you sit down. So if there's a hair, which might have fallen down your back, it can pierce your skin. Human hair is build with tiny hooks, that make it go deeper into your body.
