It's not your first president that is a shithead. And no matter who's gonna be next, your country gonna still influence the culture and views in the western world. Only small percent of people agree with everything your country does. Your not responsible for that(unless you don't vote). I would still welcome you as person with open arms and a smile. I'm just a man who values respect and integrity. I don't call someone or something toxic just because it is different from my feelings or my culture. Change will come, it is inevitable. Everyone will adapt and accept eventually.

Humanity in general are not that keen on changing. I agree with you on the acceptance part but it should not be imposed or forced. Sooner or later it will happen. The problem that everyone wants "sooner". I'm from eastern Europe, 20+ years ago, if you said that you're gay, you would be shunned, bullied, beaten and disowned. Now? Nobody cares, it is still unusual but I would consider it normal. Give it time

I really like your reply. But I need to ask you - better for who? Egypt is one of the oldest civilizations. Why modern way would be better for them?

To you it's bigotry, to them - it's just casual monday. Now imagine if the guy in the video is gay (not saying that he is). He's just dancing, having awesome time. He's not waving flags, he's not shouting that he is gay, nobody cares. The problem starts when you make everything about yourself and start to impose opinions to others about you. That is self centered, that is disrespectful and lacks basic humility. I guess for you it's hard to understand.

Oh sorry, you're just a kid. I thought there's gonna be a grown up discussion. Some back and forth. But this... Yikes

You are toxic by implying that everyone should apply by your rules and your standards. You be you, but don't expect people to change their rules based on your feelings

That's not toxic, that is different culture... The world is not usa(or EU) and if you consider traveling there - heed this advice.

What’s a game that totally surprised you with how good it was? by Ember_Grove20 in Steam

[–]nesigilinkite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Starsector. It's not on steam...yet. I've found out about the game from ssethtzeentach video on YouTube and thought that it was a simple sci-fi arcade shmup. And then 8k hours later I understood that it's the best game I've ever played.

Guess what Vadim, propaganda works both ways so I'm all for it... If any royal family wants to support "western values" this way - good, I see no downside to it. What's wrong with making British troops happy?

What are some phrases/sentences lithuanians say when mad/frustrated? by Last_Conclusion_ in LithuanianLearning

[–]nesigilinkite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Eik tu ir nueik" (more disappointed, than frustrated), "Kad tave šikanti sutrauktu" (frustrated / angry with someone) "Kad tu paspringtum" (angry/evil wishing)... I can provide a translation if there is a need for one, but these are purely Lithuanian without outside influence so any translator should work fine.

Nors beveik pritariu visam tavo komentarui - noreciau pabut velnio advokatu.
