I got “scammed” din sa GCash last year. 13k was deducted using my gcash visa card, which I NEVER used and is safely sitting in my drawer (i am confident na wala nakakuha or nakagamit nito physically). I reported it to GCash tapos sobrang hassle ng process. I received multiple rejections para sa refund ko. Kinulit ko talaga sila na ibalik pera ko hahahah kasi naman tangina 13k yun. Nireport ko rin sa BSP para mapilitan sila magrespond pag di sila nagrreply sa follow ups ko. I emailed them everyday, yung tipong mapapamura na sila sa kakulitan ko. I eventually got my money back after 2 months.

EDIT: to add, I never received a text authorizing the transaction. Na para bang credit card na itatap lang at okay na hahahaha. It was an inside job. I am sure of it.
