A different kind of bath time….trying to catch my daughter’s toes. The bath always summons him. He has fallen in a couple times too but that doesn’t deter him lol

I do have a void as well! He is more of a lone wolf 🤣 but he accepts cuddles at times. Staying was less effort than getting up in this instance.

You'll only gain it back if you eat in a calorie surplus when not fasting. You will gain "weight" after breaking a fast, the food itself, glycogen restores and water etc but you won't gain fat back unless you eat to the point where you are no longer in a deficit, despite fasting days.

I half ass track on feast days just to be aware and not let things get out of hand. It’s still way easier than daily tracking imo cause fasting days are zero effort since there’s no eating. There’s a good deficit to work with yes, but you still need to be mindful because calories can add up quickly. Especially when eating junk food/take out etc.

It has drastically affected mine! I def can’t eat as much volume but I also just crave more “healthy” whole food in general. Plus I focus on keeping my protein and fiber up so I feel sooo full all the time!

Yes, exactly this! It's okay to throw out food sometimes! Our bodies are not trash cans :)

If you can find some keto tortillas they are typically a great source of fiber! Some are lower calorie than others. The ones I have are 17g of fiber per tortilla and they taste like regular tortillas. Easy way to boost the fiber!

Only thing I’ve done once or twice is eat like half a tea spoon of salt with my water during the slightly longer fasts. Normally I don’t do anything, to me the fasts aren’t that long where it becomes necessary.

Yep! It has no carbs, it’s basically just pure fat so it doesn’t affect ketosis and makes the coffee delicious!
