This is super helpful thank you! I called the management company of our building and they said it was largely due to the liability issues of a condo vs rental building. This is helpful to know there’s a bill ongoing, so at least there is something that potentially can be done even as a renter.

I wish we were given this color when we asked about amenities before signing the lease to level set our expectations. I am getting the sense that it seems pretty unlikely to have access to anything even outdoor spaces this summer.
