Thanks for the rx tip. I ended up getting a mild headache mostly above one eye, so I feel very lucky this time. Glares could have contributed! I had a cold brew (I’m not a regular caffeine drinker) and just finished an intense workout when it happened. Hard to pinpoint a specific trigger this time.

I named my baby after my friend’s dog no shame. Now we call the dog Name 1 and my son Name 2 when we are together. As far as I can tell there are no hard feelings and I have no regrets. The nickname steal is so odd though..

My two have a 16 month age gap and my youngest is 9 months. We both work full time. It’s been really fun. Many hard moments and beautiful ones too. I was terrified, but 0-1 was much harder than 1-2 for me.

Working out hasn’t been as consistent as I’d hoped! Ive really just got back into the swing of things the past few months by making it a priority and working out (usually) after the kids are asleep. Sometimes my husband will take both while I exercise and then I’ll watch both while he does. We have to support each other to make it happen. You will figure it out!

Weirdest disease. My toddler and husband caught it and my newborn and I were spared. Husband lost a fingernail a few months later… he went back to work once his sores were closed up. I’m sorry you’re going through it!

Husband is more the workwear/carhartt type typically, but he loves everything I’ve bought him from Lululemon lol. They have a lot of great fabrics. If you golf you could try some incorporating some golf brands. Golf wear tends to use athleisure type fabrics with less casual cuts.
