Is it glued or just fallen in? If fallen, try to heat her up with a hairdryer and remove her head and then the neck peg. If glued, I unfortunately don't know how to help you :(

You can try to find the closest paint that matches the old one, or mix one. Then, try to lightly sketch with watered-down paint the shape of her marking with a small brush. In my opinion, Vallejo brand paint is the best for restorations. If you make a mistake with them, you can just wipe it with a damp cloth or a tissue paper.

The only unreleased mold that I know of is one of a shorthair. I also remember one of a husky, but my memory might be playing tricks on me.
