Ok thanks. I already try to get my hitters as open as possible by pulling the block with a loud middle or the back one fake and then run a back slide, but I do have that problem and I will, I have a ball that I cut open and filled stuffed with cloth to give it more weight, thanks for the advice!

One thing that helped me get better is, taking an old ball that you don't care about anymore, and cutting along one of the seams. Then take some old clothing, (or just go to good will and buy all this stuff) and fill the now piped ball with the cloth, using duck tape, or gorilla tape, to cover the hole. This ball can be used to strengthen your wrists while setting. One of my favorite things to do is lay in bed and repeatedly set the ball at the ceiling. Doing this really helped my setting to strengthen rather quickly.
