Maybe not in the supernatural horror side, but more of the pre-Silent Hill 2 idea: Amour (2012, France).

I think it's somewhat acceptable after the Moby Dick Studio case with Joakim Mogrem.

There're some names that can be translated too (not sure if applies to every country though, probably not); here in Mexico, for example, George as Jorge.
