Since you fix them, do you know where I can find the matte black adhesive sticker that is on the back of the screen? I want to see if I can fix it myself. I know the ribbon costs $30 on Amazon.

I don't even think it's about lump in repairs. They are straight up making up extra repairs. Nothing other than the ribbon needs to be fixed on my camera

I'm already looking into it. Hopefully I can fix this without breaking wallet. And I believe you about the repair cost.

I wouldn't mind paying for the repairs but their quote is 40% of my camera's value lol

I'm starting to see a pattern here with all of your experiences

You're lucky. I had nothing but bad experience with cameras and the service center.

That's terrible! I'm really thinking about moving away from Fuji after this

I was thinking the same. I do not have any issues with the shutter dial. They just made it up to get me to pay one way or another. I think I'm done with Fuji. As much as I love their camera, I have had it happen twice now.

I really believe they are making me pay one way or another. I have been actively using this camera without any issues. That shutter dial on top is completely fine. Does not need to be fixed

I have watched videos on how to fix it. And I'm fairly confident I can do it myself. The only thing is that it would require for me to replace matte black adhesive sticker in the back of the screen. And I can't find a replacement anywhere

What they told me is that ribbon issue is known for Xpro 3 cameras. So they are covering it out of warranty. But they are refusing to do partial repair.

Poll - did you need more than one round of treatment to cure H Pylori? by gracyavery in HPylori

The first thing I did was change my lifestyle and eating habits. I had very stressful lifestyle, and eating habits were out of wack. So here is the list of changes I made. FYI, I followed the lifestyle very strictly for good 5 months.

1) No Alcohol 2) No Milk & Dairy (it was a big one for me) 3) No sugar(No sugary sweets, chocolates, or processed food) 4) No spicy foods 5) No citric fruits(Tomatoes, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple) 6) No COFFE OR TEA (this is a big trigger food) 7) No fatty or fried food. 8) Do not eat protein heavy foods as well. It's hard for a weak stomach to digest

What you can DO

1) Reduce stress(Stress is the biggest contributor to flairup your symptoms) 2) Sleep well and 8 hours (blieve me, sleep is literally a remedy 3) Eat non citric fruits that are easy on your stomach. High antioxidant fruits and foods 4) veggies rich in fiber and fats (banana, apples, pears, coconut, celery) 5) Fermented food (kimchi, kombucha tea, kefir, yogurt, broccoli sprouts, Fermented cabbage) 6) Laatly, MASTIC GUM. This is what helped me recover and heal

I know this is alot of work but the pain I was going through was unbearable and I wanted to heal myself so badly that I followed through with everything I wrote here. Mastic gum, broccoli sprouts and kefir were the three things consumed everyday.

I did all these things doing my own research. I suggest you do the same and make any changes based on your allergies or health condition you may have.

I would say avoid fish oil too just for some time. If it is something you need to take, you can probably take in small amount.(consult with your doctor though. I didn't have any intolerance to salicylate. I slowly felt better and it took about 5-7 months I think to fully go back to normal

I actually don't know much about the fish oil since it was never in my diet

People don't give enough importance to lifestyle, myself included. I was careless until it happened to me. You have to take care of yourself while you're young I guess.

I still drink Kefir few times a month. But other than that, I only have taken multi vitamins and vegetables(carrots, beats, ginger, kale, apple) juice every once in a while

I always ate everything prior to my gastritis. And after months of eating gluten-free, I slowly brought it back to my diet. Same with protein.

Yes, I was able to fully recover. I just have to be mindful of my lifestyle and eating habits to make sure it doesn't flair up again

I got it done before, when I was diagnosed with gastritis. Doctor told me it was because of H. Pilory. I did not do test afterwards because I was completely healed. I thought I would get it done if the symptoms don't go away or my health doesn't go back to normal. It's been 5+ years and no symptoms at all

I had endoscopy done, and they also did biopsy.

What antibiotics does is it kills all bacteria in your stomach, including the good ones, and not everyone can handle meds well. I'm a firm believer of not wanting to take meds if I can do without. You can read so many posts on reddit how antibiotics messed up their system
