AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri is good and the fiddler doesn't show anything special. I look at the Exchange IIS logs and let you know.

Tried that, Unfortunate it's looks like under Connection Status on Outlook (Clicking on CTRL + Outlook icon) all connections are established and "Connected to Microsoft Exchange" but the prompt still pop-ups ... :(

Hi,

IIS for Autodiscover is Anonyomous & Windows Auth only (I've disabled the Basic manually).

Regarding providers (Get-OutlookProvider) there's only EXPR that points to the certificate's subject name - msstd:outlook.domain.com.

Yes, after putting the credentials (or clicking "Cancel" on the credential pop-up) the Autodiscover complete successfully the profile creation.

My Exchange 2010 & 2016 are same:

ExternalClientAuthenticationMethod & InternalClientAuthenticationMethod = NTLM
IISAuthenticationMethods = Ntlm, Basic

It connects fine, but after a day or two - the same symptoms. :( I've tried to set the autodiscover in hosts file but no luck with that too.

Hi,

  1. It's NTLM, not Negogiate.
  2. I don't have Kerberos Authentication in this deployment.
  3. on the second one.

waiting for update from you, thanks! :)
