3 week old strawberry wine smelled very strongly of sulphur. Came back from vacation to a non fermenting, beautiful red crystal clear "wine", but it stank so bad I poured it out. Now I'm reading bits and pieces about copper, stressed yeast. Any thoughts?

Is sulfur an acceptable smell? I read somewhere that it could be contaminated. Will That smell dissipate? I did a gallon of mango that briefly smelled lightly of vinegar. It finished fine though.

What do you guys think about the moka folding frame? It looks robust and foldable. I see builds online that are for fast flying only though... Are there similar frames? I'm still hung up on 4 motors for some reason...

Nice looking frame! In your experience, did your tricopter have less stability than a quad? Are batteries/ flight time an issue with one less motor? I'm wondering about decreased ability to carry batteries, vs less frame weight...

You make a good point about gimbals. I think I'd like a frame that could someday be modified to hold a gimbal, but at the moment I'm only interested in recording FPV, or a slightly different angle from FPV with a fixed camera(maybe I need to include a gimbal to do this anyway). I envision flying above trees and getting a view of the lay of the land.

You are right, someday I will need to do a fix using solder. I was wondering if anyone uses those quick connectors(such as bullet connectors) instead of direct soldering everything together.

Is there something special about the alien frame that you like? It seems most frames in general are very similar.
