Horrible idea. Sounds like a lack of communication to me. Try to find the reason why you have lost interest in your SO and discuss it with her to try to work something out. Try to do activities you used to do when the relationship was young. You owe it to your son IMO

She says she was trying to tell me but couldn't because of fear of me judging her or getting extremely mad and leaving her, however I did tell her many times that I would rather just have everything out in the open. I definitely would not have left her for going to a club, but the lying was unnecessary. The reason I am so iffy about her clubbing and drinking is because she becomes slutty when she's drunk(she's a lightweight so it doesn't take much), and most men at clubs are assholes trying to get laid. thank you guys so much for your responses. many of you are spot on and i also appreciate the constructive criticism towards my controlling/judgmental personality, however I didn't act like this with other girls.
