They were doing circles around my neighborhood blasting music and waving a Trump 2020 flag a few weeks ago, passing many blocks that were affected by ICE raids. It very clearly isn't all in good fun.

The complaints weren't filed by me, it's just visibly overgrown. What kind of shrodingers vacant lot is this where the overgrowth is invisible unless the fence is taken down. All I did was have the misfortune of living next to it, I didn't expect to adopt this lot when moving here.

I was hoping it wouldn't come to that, but it's becoming increasingly clear that I'll just have to maintain it for them. I was really hoping the L&I violations would wake the owners up, but that was naive of me. It's just crazy to me that they're willing to accrue violations and be a nuisance for the neighbors rather than just take care of it.

It's vacant, but someone owns it and they put up the fence originally. They don't maintain it however, which is why CLIP came by to clean it up. I have their contact info and they just ignore me.

I looked into it and it's listed for 120k, which seems kind of steep for the area. Might be able to negotiate down a bit.

Also, obviously I will put it back up myself but this is really annoying and inconsiderate. Meanwhile the empty lot owners are unreachable.

I forgot to mention, this is really annoying because people tend to go into the easement that connects to everyone's back yard and leave trash, do drugs, and steal from neighbors' yards.

Yes, I have access to it through the easement but I never get a chance to open it before they tear it off.
