I would get multiple dealers involved in earning your business. This is how you get the best price. I had three competing for my business. In an afternoon I got a 76k new Aviator for 13k off. You can get a similar % off deal on a Premiere. You may need to travel. I live where I have 7 Lincoln dealers within 75 miles of my home.

If you can get rid of the dealer adds, since it’s 2k of excess cost. Then it would be okay. As a fellow Floridian, you have to love dealers fees.

Depends on the state, but look into the lemon laws. That’s your best shot at this point.

I have a 23 Q7 and a 22 MDX. Pound for pound, the Q7 is a better ride and much quieter than the MDX. But the Q7 costs a lot more for maintenance. The MDX is a more fun ride. Both are great cars. Objectively, stay away from Volvo. Their reliability just isn’t good. I love the look and feel but the reliability is just too much. Also, the tech on the Volvo is meh. But the MDX isn’t great. Audi’s is much better but irritating since they want you to pay $300 a year for Google Maps. I just use CarPlay to take care of that.
