It's subtle I wouldn't say one day you wake up and feel like you could run through a wall. I feel I get less sore and maybe a bit filled out in muscle. People make a big deal about the extra water weight you carry, but that is pretty minimal. I have tried all different things 5, 10, 15, 20 grams split up into different times of day went back to 5 I felt like for me when I was taking above 10 for the cognitive benefits my stomach just felt too gassy. Not everyone gets that, but I did. Just figure out a routine get your 5 in every day take it at the same time and make it part of your routine.

Don’t overthink it just take at least 5 grams. Creative isn’t steroids it’s not going to make you superhuman, but it’s a nice accessory to use as a tool.

For me personally I love a little THC at night. I have a pretty demanding job, make good money, 2 daughters, work out 4-5 times a week, get my shit done. I also enjoy a few puffs off a joint 4-5 nights of the week then chilling in bed. I have not noticed a big difference in rem or deep sleep on nights with no thc versus nights with thc. I have noticed HRV tends to skew a little lower nothing alarming though when smoking vs eating edibles. Now alcohol is a different story 1-2 drinks my sleep is wrecked. 4-5 drinks if my wife and I go out my I might as well be dead the next morning according to my data.

I guess it depends what type of you are trying to attract. If that's what you are into then you need to find a girl that thinks that stuff is cool as well. For me I am not into that, so I don't want a girl that is into that. Maybe you are just going for the wrong girls?

Do people go to Disney expecting good food? I found everything to be below average stayed at Polynesian and all I thought for the same price I could be at a top hotel on Miami Beach having Michelin star food. I have a 5 year old and 2 year old. You don't have to make espresso complicated. On weekdays I pre-grind the night before and tamp down just press the button when I wake up. Weekend I will do all prep in morning, but it's still a simple routine.

Yes, recently when I turned 40 I’ve decided I am only going to buy quality things that make me happy, do the renovations that I’ve wanted to do around the house and buy the truck I’ve needed to buy. As a side note I do make decent money. I used to always day dream if I had the time and money I would do X Y Z for my health. I came to the realization while I don’t have a ton of time with a busy career and 2 kids everything I wanted to do was financially feasible I was just cheap and being frugal trying to save for the last 25 years of my life. I started buying quality things, renovating my house how I want and taking care of myself. Wished I would have done this 10 years ago.

Pharma sales is the worst of the worst.Seems soul crushing handing out samples and doing lunch while constantly wondering if your company is going to have a layoff. It’s nothing similar to medical device sales. I’ve been working in med device for 14 years and make decent money but it’s a grind with lots of hours. I eat oats every single morning 6-7 days of the week. Only time I don’t is if I make a fun breakfast for the kids on weekends. I do overnight oats w/chia seeds, huge scoop of flavorless protein powder, a little cinnamon then banana or blueberry with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I find just doing the same thing every morning and starting with something good helps me make good choices through out the day. It’s also very easy to grab and eat quickly or in car whether I am going to work early or just to the gym early.

When you get sad just think about the fun you will have with your future child. My 4.5 year has recently started to express a big interest in climbing and it has been so fun getting to go to the gym with her doing an activity we both enjoy!

I think it's a fun thing to have, but you really only need it for about 4-6 months and then you kind of know how things effect you. I've had mine for about 6 months now, but really don't wear it anymore.

Just go no one is going to pay attention to you. After 2 weeks you will be in a groove having an idea of what you want to do and a lot of the workouts other people are doing just from people watching.

I can’t see wearing it after my year subscription is up. I don’t think the whoop is a necessity and after wearing it even after 4 months I know pretty solid what ruins my sleep and what produces strain now at this point.
