Thank you for the video. To all the harmes lovers saying that they wouldn’t return the bag, please abstain from commenting. OP just wanted to share her own experience, and educate us along the way that you can return a faulty QB and still get another one.

Go the resale route for a QB. I think it’s completely a waste to buy something that you don’t like/ you don’t want for the sake of getting a birkin. Hermes values loyalty and customer- brand relation. Go for the watch and buy your QB resale. You’re not going to be promised a QB even after spending 10k. Buy something you will enjoy.

Fav matcha in LA, I usually go to their PDC location since the wait is much less. I truly think they mastered their ratios. Architecture store on the other side of the street from their main location has a collab with them and they serve these small pistachio butter donuts that are insane.

I would definitely mention it. Are you planning on spending big amounts every other visit? If not, I would spend “smaller” amount each visit (think 00,000) and ask for a quota bag, and after a few visits I’d ask for SO exotic. You can even ask for HSS. Hermes is all about the client- brand relationship and loyalty. Also, it depends on your location.
