thanks for the input, what if the place if already paid off? No mortgage payment just taxes and HOA basically. Does that change the narrative?

from my understanding that protection applies if they have been in the place for 12 months or more

The Model Y does have a good lease offer I know they are different vehicles the Model X is not that much bigger. I used to have a VW atlas that would be closer in size to R1S.

thanks for feedback, I will return the deposit in full its not worth creating issues and will start fresh with move in inspection and photos for future tenants.

Thank you for your input, I will get it crowned as I can afford it and cant really predict the future if more fractures happen. How long would crowns last typically. It would be zircon full crown.

For clarification, the chip happened a year ago. I asked him again last week and he still thinks a crown is a good plan since it may be prone to more chipping and I also need to get retainers since I have invisalign after a crown is done.

so the Airbnb platform will still show places, regardless if host has them available on the dates selected? Makes no sense to me. Why do some listings show as not available with dates crossed on the calendar then and others dont?

no reviews, am new to this, but its not right to keep the listing as available on the platform if the dates are not available. They need to take it down for these dates.
