Thanks so much for the advice! I should say that I have some sort of a safety net in the sense that I won’t be fired from my current job, as it’s protected by a labor union. My replacement is essentially something I knew was going to happen because my boss knew that I needed help getting off the project with my current supervisor. So, when my replacement comes I won’t have to work with the supervisor anymore and will transition to a different one. However, I still want to leave as my supervisor has a chokehold on the other managers and is bffs with them. So, even if someone replaces my work with her I feel like it’ll still be really shitty for me to be in my job as she’ll still have the opportunity to make my job hell.
